Can the vehicle be stolen with a GSM blocker?

A GSM blocker can exclusively disturb the connection between the vehicle protection unit and the Surveillance Centre but despite the disturbance the vehicle cannot be started. Our protection unit detects the use of the GSM blocker and sends an alarm to the Surveillance Centre before the connection between the unit and the SC is interrupted.

Use a trickle charger  to sustain battery level. (The product is available on our main premises in Kondorosi út.)

Why does the protection system reject the code entered on the infra keypad?

Direct the keypad towards the infra receiver (at a max. 30 cm distance), then enter the correct PIN code. A short beep can be heard each time a number is entered signalling that the infra receiver responds to the keyboard. If this fails to occur, call our head office in Kondorosi út.

My car does not respond to my code card. What am I to do?

1. Make sure the code card is switched on. Open up the plastic lid of the transformer and turn it so that the battery is on the bottom of the card. You will find a microswitch on the right hand side of the card. The code card is switched on when the switch is in upper position.
2.The system normally receives the signals from the transponder within a range of 5m, reception from the driver’s seat is perfect . Occasionally it may not detect the code card signals emitted from the side of the boot, so it is recommended to move closer to the driver’s seat. The optimal lifespan of the card is  6 to 12 months. When the battery starts depleting, the reception range will get shorter, as well. In such case visit our service area in Kondorosi út.

How can I change my passwords?

Please send a fax to the Surveillance Centre (+36 (1) 209 5939) with all previous and new passwords or visit Auto Securit head office in Kondorosi út.It is necessary for the authorised person to sign the fax. These are the only ways to make a change, and the knowledge of all previous passwords is an indispensable condition.
