skyguard^®boat - for those faring on water

The skyguard^® brand family has been extended by an individualised package covering the protection of boats. KT CHASE is a brand based on GPRS communication developed for speed boats, sailing boats and yachts, which can be operated independently from the vehicle’s source of energy.  

It can be used as an off/online monitoring system. In the previous case it operates with pre-defined period emission, in the latter with permanent position data sending.

How the system works

The essence of location with the 12-channel GPS receiver is that the deck unit defines the current  position of the boat with GPS technology providing an accuracy of 1 m. The device operates independently from its own battery  (13Ah/3.6V) which, depending on setting, can operate for up to 2 years.

The settings can be modified by distance programming from the Surveillance Centre.
Thanks to the automatic 24-hour positioning you can accurately check the location of your boat. The location of  the boat can be defined with a higher than 24- hour frequency by using the 12-hour automatic GSM waking function (the automatic GPS/ GSM functions can be altered, subsequently changing the battery’s lifespan)

The position data sent by the boat are recorded on the Central server.

Various user authorisations can be defined on our internet user surface, so only the persons with your authorisation can use it and have access to the data.
