Through the special fleet monitoring functions adapted to machines it is possible to control the operation modes related to work phases. One can separate consumption data related to actual performance vs. worktime and secondary work time, and one can allign these to the corresponding work stages, both in self-contained figures and percentage.

We build in a GPS/GSM technology-based central detecting unit and its auxiliaries - depending on the client’s choice and needs. The machine-fleet management system is suitable for fulfilling all market requirements (safety, logistics, infomobility, measuring mileage) owing to the number of accessories which can be attached to it.

Fuel consumption control

Our internet-based fleet management system enables you to check the location of your machines on your screen 24 hours a day, as well as the route and several other vehicle operation characteristics.

The recorded data can be converted into statistics, e.g. daily speed/time chart, consumption diagram, tachograph dial. It is possible to measure and record the modes related to work stages (on the basis of rpm or tension, for example, various work stages, such as worktime, auxiliary time, operation time can be separated ). The modes and the correlated consumption can be expressed on a special ergometric factfile.

In addition to the above there is a work area desertion function: our Centre receives an alarm signal when the machine leaves the poligon designated to be the work area.

Special accessories as an option

When, apart from fleet tracking, it is also necessary to check fuel consumption, cargospace temperature, driver identification, then with the suitable accessories our system is able to extract, record and display these data.

Measuring fuel consumption
Depending on the structure of the fleet we provide our clients with measurement procedures which are able to fully control vehicles generating both low and extremely high fuel consumption.

Using signals from own meters (gauging): It is possible to display the analog signals of the vehicle’s original fuel level meter. Data finetuning is done by a special gauging method. As a result of this, measurement inaccuracies can be detected (for example fuel undulating in the tank).

Using signals coming from meters installed after the vehicle was purchased: The fuel level relatable to the fleet management system acts as a remote emitter which continuously sends data to the central unit. Built into external fueltanks, the place, the time, the amount of refuelling, and the current fuel level can accurately be controlled.

Using CAN-BUS data: with vehicles having SAE J1939 CAN-BUS protocol it is possible to record fuel consumption data, provided the vehicle manufacturer has granted permission.

Using flow-through meters built in after the vehicle was purchased: With the help of the meter the system can permanently measure the amount of combusted fuel. This quantity appears in the travel records and the actual combusted fuel quantity can be compared against the amount tanked into the vehicle. Applicable to all traditional diesel engines fitted with an in-line or circular injector. It is built in between the fuel tank and the feeder pump. During the measurement the backflowing fuel is also taken into account, so this measurement produces more accurate data than the fuel level meter.

Recording Operation time
By marking parameters related to machines (rpm, temperature, speed) the actual stages of work can be separated.

Driver identification
An electronic code card serves to identify the driver, by which 4 digit PIN codes can be avoided.
