skyguard^®trailer - fleet management of trailers

Skyguard^® fleet management offers an individualised service by which you can monitor the data of your trailers and other inactive vehicles on a 24/7 basis.

We build a GPRS based device into the inactive vehicle which can be operated independently from the active vehicle’s energy supply system. It can be used as an offline/online monitoring system. In the first case it works on previously defined times, in the latter on permanent position sending.

How the system works

The main point of the 12 channel GPS receiver is that it defines the trailer’s current position with GPS technology, thus giving an accuracy of 1 m.

The device works on its own battery which, depending on the setting, can work up to 2 years.
The settings can be modified from the S.C. by remote programming.

Owing to the automatic 24-hour cycle positioning you can check where your trailer is. The position of the trailer can also be reported with a 12-hours frequency, making use of the automatic 12-hour GSM alarm clock function (the settings of the automatic GPS/ GSM can be altered, which proportionately affects the battery life span).

The location data sent by the trailer to the Central server is recorded. Various user authorisation levels can be defined on the internet display, so only you and those authorised by you can have access to these data.

The same as with all skyguard^® products, we offer 24-hour system support for trailer protection, so you will find us at your disposal 24 hours a day to assist you with your queries or requests.
