You can check the current position of your fleet, the routes and many other parameters via internet 24 hours a day when using our fleet management system.

You have the possibility to make daily, weekly, monthly or yearly journey records. The vehicle data can be presented on the display. The vehicle’s electronic journey record contains the driver’s name, the place and time of stops and starts, the mileage, journey time, stoppage time and exportable fuel consumption data (csv file).

All these data plus vehicle data can be displayed on screen via internet.
Various statistics can be drawn from the recorded data: e.g. daily speed/time charts, consumption charts, tachograph dial.

If, beside fleet tracking, it is also important to check fuel consumption, cargospace temperature, driver identification or storage room opening, then with the respective accessories we can enable our system to extract, record and display all these requested data.

Measuring fuel consumption
Depending on the structure of the fleet we provide our clients with measurement procedures which are able to fully control vehicles generating both low and extremely high instant fuel consumption.

Using signals from own meters (gauging): It is possible to display the analog signal of the vehicle’s original fuel level meter.The finetuning of the data is done with a special gauging method. As a result of this, measurement inaccuracies can be detected (e.g. undulating fuel in the tank).

Using signals from meters built in after the vehicle was purchased: the fuel level compatible with the fleet management system acts as a remote emitter which permanently sends information towards the central unit. By building it into vehicles having an external fuel tank it is possible to exactly control the quantity, location and time of re-fuellings and the current fuel level.

Use of CAN-BUS data: with vehicles fitted with SAE J1939 CAN-BUS protocol it is possible to record information related to fuel consumption, provided the vehicle manufacturer gives their consent.

Using flow-through meters built in after the vehicle was purchased: With the help of the meter, the system continuously measures fuel consumption. This quantity appears in the journey records and the actual combusted fuel quantity can be compared against the refuelled quantity.It is applicable to all standard diesel engines fitted with in-line and circular injectors. It is built in between the fuel tank and the feeding pump.In the course of measurement the backflow is also taken into account, so the measurement produces more accurate data than the fuel level.

Driver identification
Driver identification is done by entering the PIN code in the infra keyboard (any number of drivers per vehicle, max. 4 PIN codes per driver). All fleet vehicles are able to automatically recognise the driver after entering the driver shift code or using the electronic code card.

Freight door monitoring
The opening and closing of freight vehicle doors is perceived by a magnetic sensor and recorded by the cockpit unit. In case the freight area temperature leaves the pre-set interval, the event is recorded and filed.

Freight area temperature monitoring
The device continuously monitors whether the freight area temperature stays within the previously defined limits. When the temperature leaves the pre-set limits in either direction, the system records and files the event.
