How can I change my passwords?
Please send a fax to the Surveillance Center (+36 (1) 209 5939) indicating all old and new passwords or please visit in person the offices of Auto Securit Zrt. on Kondorosi út. The signature of the person authorized for signing must appear in the fax. Changes can be made in these two ways and are always subject to the knowledge of all original passwords.
The plate number of my vehicle has changed. What should I do?
Please notify the change in the plate number to the Surveillance Center without any delay.
I’ve sold my car. I wish to cancel the satellite vehicle protection service. What should I do?
Please report your request to our customer service on Kondorosi út (+36 (1) 555 4400/433).
How can I set my vehicle into service mode?
Use your service PIN code or call the Surveillance Center.
How can I set my vehicle into normal mode?
Use your normal PIN code or call the Surveillance Center.
I will not use my vehicle for an extended period. How can I check of the battery has depleted?
Use a trickle charger that will maintain the charge of your battery. (Further information about the product at our offices on Kondorosi út.)
Why does the protection system reject the code entered on the infra keyboard?
Point the keyboard in the direction of the infra receiver (at max. 30 cm distance), then enter the correct PIN code. When pressing each key, you will hear a short beep signaling that the infra receiver is sensing the keyboard. Alternately, please call our offices on Kondorosi út.
The car does not receive my code card! What should I do?
1. Please make sure that your card is switched on. Open up the plastic cover of the transponder then turn it so that the battery is located at the bottom of the card. You will see a micro-switch on the right side of the card. The code card is switched on when the switch is in upper position.
2. The system will best receive the transponder from the direction of the driver’s seat, however will sense it within a circle of 5 meters from the car. It may happen that the car will not sense the code card from the direction of the trunk. If so, please move closer to the driver’s seat. The card will operate with the same cell for 6-12 months. If the cell starts to deplete, the protection system will sense the transponder from gradually shorter distance. If so, please visit our offices on Kondorosi út.
Why does my gold system fail to send speeding signal in service mode?
